Developing Thoughts...

I think there is an important point about the "global digital divide" issue that may seem like common sense but should be made nonetheless: the "global digital divide" is not concerned with internet access as a measure of the relative technological advancement of a given society (and a virtue unto itself), but rather with bringing about equal access to a free-flowing exchange for information and a platform for freedom of expression on a global scale.

Thoughts on organization or final presentation

I still like the idea of a WordPress site, doing a screencast about the digital divide (with a slideshow and recorded text) or editing a video together of each of us talking about the digital divide (would require each to have a webcam/microphone) cut together with a slideshow, and having pages on sub-topics and resources.

I was at a loss to list any relevant citations in my page, but I think the articles you posted under "The Global Divide" can work as a starting point.

(Some of these are equally relevant to Tom, if you're still interested in the net neutrality route.)
